While Penny is still getting used to the leash and loud noises, she’s progressing with getting her harness on, walks around the yard, and gentle vet visits. With some patience, we know she’ll become a leash-walking pro!

Penny is a playful spirit who loves to explore and has a penchant for chewing on anything she can find—so make sure to keep her toys handy! Despite her playful nature, she’s surprisingly calm; her foster family hasn't heard her bark or cry when left alone.

Penny is a social butterfly who gets along well with kids and other pets. Although she’s a bit shy around men, she quickly warms up with a soft voice and gentle touch. Her favorite spots are snuggling on the couch or curling up with her human pals at night.

Penny is not a fan of her crate, and she’s still working on her house training, so she’ll need a patient family to help her with this. However, she’s a champ at car rides and loves every adventure they bring!
