Roles Currently Available:

Adoptions coordinator
This is a position for someone who has rescue experience and understands the process of dog adoptions.  Facilitating the process of adoption from application to homecoming, you are detail attentive, like efficiency and love happy endings.  You will work alongside our foster homes, their coordinators, and the adopters ensuring a good match and a smooth transition.

Foster home coordinator
You have fostered before and understand the experience your foster homes are having. This role requires patience, good communication and record keeping as you support our foster families and pups through their transition into foster, getting them vetted and preparing them for adoption.  Depending on the number of foster homes you support this role takes 10-15 hours a week, often in bite sized communication increments.

Applications Interviewer
You are enthusiastic and like chatting with all different types of people about dogs and rescue! We are looking for team members who can make several calls a week to interview both foster home and adoptive home applicants.  We provide guidelines and support on what to find out and what information to provide to each applicant to supplement your experience in rescue.

Event host
You enjoy meeting the public and sharing your passion for rescue!  You would be committed to hosting one event every month or two (usually 4 hours long) with one of our partner pet stores in your area.  You would be responsible for scheduling and hosting adoption events with our foster animals in attendance to help them find their forever home and exposing our rescue to members of the public in the process, providing information and answering questions.
